Every client at Magnus receives a financial plan and blueprint with the goal of either achieving or maintaining financial independence. Our goal in creating a blueprinting process helps maintain a multi-year thoughtful and tax efficient discipline. Further integrating our clients investment planning with their financial needs

FINANCIAL ADVISOR IQ LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
The council is a community of advisors focused on growing their clientele and sharing input that fuels research to help professionals strengthen their practices.
To qualify, advisors must meet certain basic qualifications: they must manage or advise on at least $50 million in assets, have three or more years of experience as a financial advisor/broker, maintain an excellent compliance record, and express a desire to engage with industry issues.
(Neither the advisors nor their parent firms pay any fees to the Financial Times or its FT Specialist subsidiary in exchange for inclusion in this community.)
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER BOARD OF STANDARDS, INC (CFP BOARD)
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board) was founded in 1985 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves the public interest by promoting the value of professional, competent and ethical financial planning services, as represented by those who have attained CFP® certification. CFP Board sets and enforces the requirements for CFP® certification, including: Education, Examination, Experience and Ethics.
Individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements are authorized to use the CFP® certification marks in the United States.

THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ESTATE PLANNERS & COUNCILS (NAEPC)
The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils was formed in 1962 and incorporated in 1963 as a non-profit business league by 13 estate planning leaders from nine councils. The association’s core belief is that the team concept of estate planning best serves the client. Each program, benefit and service is developed with this single value in mind.
The NAEPC boasts over 260-member estate planning councils and provides services to their estimated 29,0000 individual members. In addition, the association has nearly 1,800 active Accredited Estate Planner® designees with representation in nearly every state of the country. Professional are typically within the accounting, insurance, legal, trust services or financial planning fields, all with a focus on estate planning.
All individuals obtaining the AEP designation must demonstrate a continued commitment to the team approach to estate planning and adhere to a strict code of ethics.
ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL OF NEW YORK CITY, INC.
The Estate Planning Council of New York City is an interdisciplinary organization for professionals involved in estate planning. Since its inception in 1959, the Council’s primary objective has been to provide a better understanding of the services performed by attorneys, life underwriters, trust officers, accountants, and others substantially involved in estate planning and to promote cooperation among them.
Our meetings provide a medium for discussion of various, up-to-date estate planning topics of common interest. Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) develops Better Athletes, Better People through resources for youth and high school sports coaches, parents, administrators, and student-athletes. In addition to 1,000+ free audio-video and printable tips and tools at PCADevZone.org, PCA has partnered with roughly 3,500 schools and youth sports organizations nationwide to deliver live group workshops, online courses and books by PCA Founder Jim Thompson that help those involved in youth and high school sports create a positive, character-building youth sports culture.
Hope and Heroes
Hope & Heroes funds the life-saving work on childhood cancer and blood disorders at Columbia University Medical Center—including cutting-edge research, support for families, and care that always puts children first. Our support touches every aspect of patient care and research at the Division of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology & Stem Cell Transplantation at Columbia.
Babies Heart Fund
The Babies Heart Fund is devoted to supporting vital research initiatives, conducted by Columbia University Irving Medical Center, that will allow all children suffering from heart disease to grow up to be heart-healthy, strong adults. They play a pivotal role in making this life-saving research not only possible, but attainable.
